John has been a real estate broker for over thirty years, specializing in commercial investments. During his tenure he has completed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of 1.1 billion dollars. John has been very active in the local community, including United Way, All Saints Episcopal Day School, and is a past president of the Monterey Rotary Club.

Peter has been a real estate broker since 1977 representing individuals and national/international companies in the sale and acquisition of investment real estate. He is a past director of the Apartment Association of Monterey County and Monterey County Hospitality Association and Past Board Chair of the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. He presently serves on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the executive committee of the Monterey Area Boy Scout Council as well as the Citizens Bond Oversight Committee for Monterey Peninsula College.

Ross is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, a member of the California Association of Business Brokers, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate.

Chuck has worked in real estate since moving to the Monterey Peninsula in 1999, with a background in investment banking and finance. He has property management, leasing and sales experience and has a Broker's license. He holds a Master's degree in Business Admnistration from the London Business School.

Ryan has closed over 90 sales and leasing transactions in the last three years and was named Top Producer for 2005, 2006, and 2007. He has a background in commercial finance and holds a degree in Business/ Economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara. A Monterey resident for over 25 years, Ryan currently serves on the board of directors for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County, United Way of Monterey County and is a member of Monterey Rotary. Ryan has also served on several non-profit boards and is the former Board President of the Volunteer Center of Monterey County.

Klaus has worked in the national 1031 exchange field for the past three years. He previously worked for the largest online real estate portal in business development and account management. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University.

Suzanne Bloom has been associated with John Mahoney since 1975. She has a wealth of experience and a vast knowledge of Peninsula real estate. She retired in 2004 only to return in June of this year as she missed the commercial real estate field. After San Jose State, Suzanne went with Coldwell Banker in Los Angeles, married and moved to Monterey, and the long affiliation with Mahoney & Associates began. She considers herself to be a generalist in that she enjoys and is accomplished in office, retail and industrial leasing, as well as investment sales and owner/user purchases.
