Mr. Aber received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his law degree from Southern Illinois University.

She has a wealth of experience and a vast knowledge of Peninsula real estate. She retired in 2004 only to return in 2007 as she missed the commercial real estate field. After San Jose State, Suzanne went with Coldwell Banker in Los Angeles, married and moved to Monterey, and the long affiliation with Mahoney & Associates began. She considers herself to be a generalist in that she enjoys and is accomplished in office, retail and industrial leasing, as well as investment sales and owner/user purchases.

During his tenure he has completed transactions with an aggregate value in excess of 1.5 billion dollars. John has been very active in the local community, including United Way, All Saints Episcopal Day School, past president of the Monterey Rotary Club, and currently serves on the board of the Monterey Peninsula College Foundation.
